FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The property stays yours. You keep living in it, renting it out, or using it as before. We only register a mortgage as collateral: an entry in the land and mortgage register that's removed once the loan is fully repaid.

Yes. A poor BIK record, tax arrears or enforcement proceedings aren't automatic disqualifiers. What matters most is the LTV ratio and the value of the property. If the collateral covers the risk, we can move forward.

A preliminary decision usually comes within a few business days. The whole process, from first contact to payout, takes 2–4 weeks. The timeline depends on appraiser availability and the notary appointment.

We don't report to BIK. The mortgage is entered in the property's land and mortgage register (a legal requirement), but the loan itself remains a private agreement. It doesn't appear in public debt registers.

Yes. Early repayment is possible and agreed individually when signing the contract. Once repaid, the mortgage entry is removed from the register.

  • Financing amount
  • Purpose of the loan
  • Type of collateral
  • Estimated property value
  • Appraisal report or photos of the property
  • Repayment method
  • Preferred repayment period

Yes. We work remotely with clients across Poland. Most of the process happens online. If a notary visit is needed, we arrange it at a location convenient for the client.
