Cookie Policy
When you visit our website, we ask for your consent to cookies other than essential ones. You can accept all, choose only the essential ones, or change your preferences at any time. Without your consent, we do not activate any analytical or marketing cookies.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) by your web browser when you visit a website. Cookies are not viruses — they do not run any code and have no access to data on your drive beyond the information they themselves contain.
Alongside cookies, websites may use similar technologies such as Local Storage, Session Storage, or tracking pixels. This Policy covers all such technologies used in the Service.
2. Who is the controller of cookies?
The controller of our own cookies is KB Group Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at the address given in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party cookies are administered by those entities in accordance with their own privacy policies (indicated in section 5).
3. What cookies do we use?
The cookies we use fall into three categories:
3.1. Essential cookies
These are necessary for the Service to function properly. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled without losing basic site functionality. They do not collect information about you for marketing purposes.
3.2. Analytics cookies
Help us understand how Users use the Service — which pages are visited most often, where traffic comes from, how long users stay on the site. Data is collected in aggregated, anonymized form. We use these only with your consent.
3.3. Marketing cookies
Enable ads tailored to the User's interests to be displayed outside our Service. The Service currently does not use marketing cookies. Should they be implemented, this Policy will be updated in advance.

5. Third-party cookies
The Service uses only Google LLC's analytics services (Google Analytics 4). Google's Privacy Policy is available at: policies.google.com/privacy.
The Service does not embed external social plugins (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) that generate their own cookies without your knowledge.
6. How to manage your preferences
6.1. Cookie banner on the website
On your first visit to the Service, we display an information banner where you can:
- accept all cookies (essential + analytics);
- accept only essential cookies;
Your choice is saved for 12 months. After that time, the banner will be displayed again.
6.2. Browser settings
You can manage cookies directly in your browser settings at any time. Below are links to instructions for popular browsers:
Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data
Preferences → Privacy → Manage website data
Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage cookies
6.3. Google Analytics opt-out tool
To opt out of tracking by Google Analytics across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Consequences of rejecting cookies
Rejecting analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Service — all content, forms, and features will remain available. Blocking essential cookies in your browser settings, however, may cause the contact forms to malfunction (CSRF protection).
8. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Controller reserves the right to update this Policy in the event of technical changes to the Service, changes in applicable law, or the implementation of new services. We will inform you of any change by updating the date at the top of this document and — in the case of material changes — via an information banner within the Service.
